Ani Nishanian is a student leader, nonprofit founder, and youth advocate committed to strengthening political education in American schools. She founded Amicus Youth to help students better understand political systems, ideologies, government, and civic participation through accessible workshops and educational resources.

Ani previously served as a Virginia Senate Page, gaining firsthand experience with the legislative process and public policy. Through public speaking, community outreach, research, and government internships, she works to make political knowledge more accessible and encourage young people to become informed, thoughtful participants in their communities.
